A dance studio or classroom should be an environment of mutual respect, a safe place for both student and teacher to learn and grow. It should be a place where hard work and dedication are demanded and rewarded. A place where imagery, that is appropriate and accessible to each student, is used to translate movement ideas and to tap into each student’s desire to explore themselves and their world.
